CBI court sentences Himachal IGP, seven other cops to life imprisonment in custodial death case

Himachal Pradesh IG Zahur Haider Zaidi and seven other policemen have been sentenced to life imprisonment by a special CBI court in Chandigarh for the custodial death of gang rape accused Suraj in 2017. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on each convict.
