ITC Hotels shares to be listed on stock exchanges on January 29

ITC announced in a regulatory filing that ITCHL has received approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for the listing and trading of its equity shares starting January 29, 2025. Under the demerger, ITC will retain 40% of the hotel shares, with 60% distributed to existing shareholders. The ITC Hotels listing date was announced amid expectations of a mid-February debut.
