Unnao case convict Kuldeep Sengar back in Tihar, defence council tells Delhi High Court

Kuldeep Singh Sengar, convict in the Unnao rape case, was granted interim bail for cataract surgery but returned to jail as the surgeon was unavailable. The court will hear an appeal related to the Protection of Children against Sexual Offences Act in February, while his plea for a ten-year jail sentence suspension is pending.
