Rose Byrne Traverses the Snow in Classic Black Knee-High Boots at 2025 Sundance Film Festival

Rose Byrne attended the 2025 Sundance Film Festival presented by Casamigos yesterday in Park City, Utah. The thespian was there to promote her new psychological thriller “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.”

The “Bridesmaids” star was winter ready in a pair of knee-high black booties. The chosen pair included glossy black leather uppers accompanied by almond-shaped toes and what appeared to be block heels. Whether stiletto or block, the heel height offered Byrne a subtle boost in height, creating the illusion of length.

The style is commonplace in many celebrities wardrobes including Bella Hadid, Issa Rae, Kris Jenner, Keke Palmer, Mariah Carey and Tracee Ellis Ross, among others. Partnered with her all-black footwear, the “Insidious” actress wore gray jeans accompanied by a cropped faux-fur gray jacket featuring a tie closure. The fuzzy outerwear was boxy and voluminous.

The Sundance Film Festival is an annual film festival organized by the Sundance Institute. It is the largest independent film festival in the United States. The 2025 festival takes place from Jan. 23 to Feb. 2 in Park City, Utah and Salt Lake City, Utah. Thus far, notable attendees have included Lili Reinhart, Cynthia Erivo, Dave Franco and Alison Brie, among others.

“If I Had Legs I’d Kick You” is a 2025 comedy-drama directed by Mary Bronstein and distributed by A24. The cast for the new film includes Rose Byrne, Conan O’Brien, Danielle Macdonald, Lark White, Ivy Wolk, Daniel Zolghadri, Delaney Quinn and ASAP Rocky.

The movie centers around Linda and how she navigates her child’s mysterious illness, her absent husband, a missing person and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist. The film premiered on Jan. 24 at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
