News24 | Dealership fined R100 000 for selling 'defective' Mazda that overheated in a month

The National Consumer Tribunal has fined a Rustenburg secondhand car dealership R100 000 and ordered it to pay another R106 000 to a customer whose car overheated and required costly repairs less than a month after he bought it.
