Health minister seeks legal view on final schedule M draft notice

The health ministry has sought a legal opinion on extending the deadline for MSMEs to comply with revised Schedule M standards. The final draft could allow small pharma companies with turnover less than ₹250 crore an extra 12 months to upgrade their facilities.
