Our Republicans missing in action

State assemblies in 2023 met for an average of only 23 days, with 44% of bills being passed without thorough debates. Recommendations from 2002 for longer sessions are being ignored, resulting in ineffective parliamentary proceedings and diminishing public trust in the democratic process.
