SCO welcomes Belarus’ decision to invite international observers

Inviting international observers to monitor the presidential election in Belarus is a sign of the country's openness, Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Nurlan Yermekbayev said during his meeting with Chairman of the CEC of Belarus Igor Karpenko.
