New supportive housing opens up in Saratoga Springs

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Shelters of Saratoga announced nine new supporting housing units are now open on Ballston Avenue in Saratoga Springs. These units give tenants on-site support for maintaining stable housing and managing chronic conditions.

The housing program's stable housing is the foundation for long-term health stabilization and personal growth, according to Shelters of Saratoga. It helps address homelessness and focuses on person-centered care.

Participating in case management services is voluntary. Resource navigation and health service coordination are among the services available to support residents in achieving their personal goals at their own pace.
