Arvind SmartSpaces inks pact for 92-acre realty project in Khopoli near Mumbai

Arvind SmartSpaces has expanded into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a 92-acre land acquisition through a joint development agreement. The project, near Khopoli, includes amenities such as a golf course. The company aims for balanced geographic diversification with an estimated revenue share of Rs 1,500 crore.
