Delisting Reliance Capital one of last milestones towards acquisition by IIHL: Ashok Hinduja

IndusInd International Holdings Ltd has approached the bourses for the delisting of Reliance Capital's shares as part of its resolution process. This step is expected to be completed by the end of the month, with the entire transaction likely finalized by February 10. The National Company Law Tribunal had previously approved IIHL's resolution plan.
