'Orchestrated attack' on Portland elections office shatters dozens of windows, police say
A group of hooded and masked people broke dozens of windows and spray painted anti-government graffiti on the Multnomah County Elections building in what Portland police called an “orchestrated attack.” It happened just before 2 a.m. Monday. The suspects fled as police arrived at the office, which was not occupied at the time. The damaged windows were boarded up as of 9 a.m. Monday and the office was open for business as usual Tuesday. Police made no arrests as of Tuesday morning, but were circulating surveillance video and seeking tips from anyone with information.
