Company director fails to challenge Section 63 of MACC Act

PUTRAJAYA: The case of furniture company director Datuk Teo Wee Cheng, who is charged with nine counts of soliciting and accepting bribes amounting to RM12.87 million in connection with the Jana Wibawa project, will proceed with a trial at the Johor Baru Sessions Court.
