I think it has no doubt saved a few clubs. I think there's probably 10 clubs that could've gone into admin had unlimited losses been open to all.

I'm not convinced, it still allows you to lose tens of Millions a year, I don't think this has protected clubs from going into administration, you either have the benefactor to cover those losses or you don't.
