Taco Bell Launches Cheesy New Limited-Time Menu Offering
Taco Bell threw yet another curveball into its ever-changing menu this week with the launch of the chain's latest limited-time offering, Cheesy Dipping Burritos. And if early buzz is any indiction, this will be one that fans will want to stick around for awhile.
Starting on Jan. 16, Cheesy Dipping Burritos will be available at participating Taco Bell restaurants nationwide. The pair of snack-sized burritos feature flour tortillas each loaded with a choice of two premium proteins, marinated grilled steak or Cantina slow-roasted chicken; a blend of cheddar, pepperjack, and mozzarella cheeses; and Avocado Ranch sauce; along with one of three savory dipping sauce options, Creamy Chipotle, Nacho Cheese Sauce, or Reduced-Fat Sour Cream. .
The "perfectly portioned, portable mini-burritos" also feature a layer of melty cheese grilled to the outside to give it that nice stretch when you pull them apart.

Hot on the heels of another limited-time Taco Bell offering, the Crispy Chicken Nuggets introduced last month, the launch of the Cheesy Dipping Burritos marks the chain's first limited-time offer innovation of 2025. The limited offering earned a spot on menus nationwide after quickly becoming a fan favorite when tested in the Detroit market last year.
Already, reviews are trickling in online with one Reddit user declaring that the new offering "slaps." "Gooey, well grilled, smaller but still pretty filling. The avocado sauce can make it a little much but I'd give it four out if five stars," the post read, noting that they opted for the steak with sour cream.
Designed to enjoy solo or share with a friend, Cheesy Dipping Burritos cost just $4.99, and will only be available for a limited time only and while supplies last.
