GECOM acquires luxury triplex apartment at BKC for ₹100 cr

GECOM International has acquired a luxury triplex apartment in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex for nearly ₹100 crore. The apartment spans 11,295 sq ft and is located on the 15th habitable floor of a premium residential tower. The deal includes 10 car parking slots, and registration involved a stamp duty of nearly ₹6 crore.
