If you’re travelling in London this weekend, take note of these upcoming Underground and Overground closures, including on the Night Tube.
Weekends are ideal for exploring London’s neighbourhoods – even if it’s just to visit one spot, unlike this Tube lover who visited all 272 Underground stations.
However, nothing puts a damper on a weekend adventure than getting caught out by a Tube closure.

London Overground weekend closures
The recently named Overground lines and stations will see some temporary changes this weekend.
Lioness line
The yellow Lioness line will have no service between Euston and Kilburn High Road until 12 midday and after 8.30pm on Sunday.
Mildmay line
There will be no service between Gospel Oak and Stratford, and Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction throughout Sunday.
This is to allow Network Rail to replace more than 2,000 feet of worn-out track near Stratford. Network Rail said that the area has ‘a lot of wear and tear’ on this section due to use by heavy freight trains.
Weaver line
The maroon-coloured Weaver line will not run between Hackney Downs to Enfield Town and Cheshunt until 10.15am.
Windrush line
Windrush Overground trains will not call at Canada Water between 3.30am and 4.30am during Friday night service and into early hours of Saturday.
Then on Sunday, there is no Overground service between Sydenham and Crystal Palace.
