The late Bob Uecker was also a terrific actor in addition to his legendary Brewers job

Bob Uecker really could do it all.

The voice of the Milwaukee Brewers who died on Thursday at the age of 90 was a Major League Baseball player for six years. Obviously, he was a legend on the air. 

But he was also a darn good actor. I spent my childhood watching Mr. Belvedere, not knowing until later that he was an MLB play-by-play man. And of course there are so many quotable lines from Major League that he said that, to this day, I repeat decades after the classic MLB movie came out.
