Lukashenko comments on idea behind landscaping  initiative 

All neighborhoods need to be spruced up to look nice, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he talked with representatives of labor collectives of the Minsk City Technopark about the goals of the landscaping efforts.
