Rudy Giuliani doesn't show up to trial over whether he must give up his home and World Series rings

A trial over whether Rudy Giuliani can keep his Florida condominium and three World Series rings following a $148 million judgment against him has been put on hold at least until Thursday afternoon. The former New York City mayor was expected to be the first witness in Manhattan federal court as a judge decides whether he must turn over the assets to two former Georgia election workers. In the last week, the 80-year-old Giuliani has been found in contempt of court for failing to provide information about some assets and for continuing to speak disparagingly about the election workers. A spokesperson for Giuliani and his lawyers didn’t immediately respond to emails inquiring about his lateness.
