The DA has written to President Cyril Ramaphosa to request a commission of inquiry into the "ongoing disaster" at Buffelsfontein Gold Mine in Stilfontein in the North West after 78 bodies were retrieved and 246 zama zamas were rescued from Shaft 11 and arrested this week.
