KUALA LUMPUR: Chairman of the Board of TARC Education Foundation Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for granting a RM40 million allocation to Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT).
