2 'hypnotise' Gurgaon shop owner into giving Rs 45,000

Police in Gurgaon arrested two Iran nationals accused of cheating a shop owner out of Rs 45,000 by allegedly hypnotising him. The suspects, Rizwan Khan and Ghulam, were found without valid residency documents and were involved in financial frauds. Police recovered Rs 9,000, some foreign currency, and a car, with further investigation ongoing.
