Housing sale dip by 26% during October-December

Housing sales in 8 major Indian cities saw a 26% dip in Q4 2024 compared to last year, largely due to state elections and high property prices. While NCR saw positive growth, areas like MMR, Pune, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad experienced declines. New launches also fell 33% year-on-year, with significant drops in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata.
