Cameron Diaz Returns to the Red Carpet Return In Her Beloved Bottega Veneta Loafers For Netflix’s ‘Back in Action’ Berlin Screening

Cameron Diaz is “Back in Action” and she’s brought her beloved loafers along for the ride. The actress returned to the red carpet for a special screening in Berlin of the new Netflix movie “Back in Action,” which reunites her with Jamie Foxx. For the occasion, she dressed up in an all-black ensemble including a pair of versatile black loafers she’s worn in the past.

Diaz brought a casually chic take on red carpet fashion to the event in Germany. She wore a pair of long, slouchy dark jeans with a high waist; her tucked-in top had a layered aesthetic with a sheer upper portion. In an elegant statement, the shirt’s mock neck featured a black bow angled to one side. A focal point of the outfit was the actress’s floor-sweeping overcoat featuring peak lapels.

Diaz’s smart aesthetic was emphasized by a pair of chic black loafers which appeared to be the Bottega Veneta Astaire embellished leather loafers set she’s rocked in the past. With a standard loafer silhouette, the shoes feature a rounded toe and a low block heel while the upper cuts off about halfway down the foot in a design that allows for the wearer to easily slip the shoe on. This Bottega Veneta style makes a glamorous statement with gold-hued hardware adorning the upper. On another occasion when she opted for a dark, sophisticated ensemble, Diaz modeled the shoe at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit 2024 back in October.

A popular luxury brand, Bottega Veneta shoes have also been sported by A$AP Rocky and Pamela Anderson recently.

“Back in Action” marks Cameron Diaz’s return to the screen after retiring from acting, her last film being the 2014 remake of “Annie,” in which Jamie Foxx also starred. In addition to “Back in Action,” set to release Jan. 17, Diaz is attached to the sixth film in the “Shrek” franchise.
