Arrest warrant issued for Whitehall arson suspect

WHITEHALL, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Washington County Sheriff's Office is searching for the suspect of an arson incident in Whitehall. An arrest warrant has been issued for Garrett Bard, 30, of Whitehall, on felony charges.

Bard is accused of intentionally causing a fire at a home on Mountain Street in Whitehall that destroyed the house and extensively damaged a neighboring property. The fire took place around 1:50 p.m. on November 10, 2024.
