UPSC cheating case: Puja Khedkar seeks pre-arret bail, moves SC

Former IAS probationer Puja Khedkar seeks anticipatory bail from the Supreme Court. She is accused of cheating to avail OBC and disability quota benefits in the civil services exam. The Delhi High Court had refused her bail, stating a strong prima facie case was made and investigation was needed to uncover a larger conspiracy.
