Private equity investment in Indian real estate rises 6% to $2.82 bn in Apr-Dec 2024: Anarock

Private equity (PE) investment in Indian real estate rose 6% to USD 2.82 billion during April-December 2024, mainly driven by industrial and logistics parks. Despite a drop in the number of PE deals (24 from 30 last year), foreign funds accounted for 82% of investments.
