Ex-minister Ravindra Chavan appointed Maharashtra BJP working president

Ravindra Chavan has been appointed as the working president of the BJP's Maharashtra state unit. Chavan, a four-term MLA from Dombivali, takes charge immediately. The BJP's Maharashtra unit will hold a convention in Shirdi, where Union minister Amit Shah will address 15,000 delegates. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Bawankule will also attend the event.
