1ST & 2ND XV LINEUPS

Given the current weather conditions, these fixtures are clearly reliant on pitch inspections but, at time of posting (2100 10/01/25), none have been cancelled..

The 1st XV will hopefully make the trip down to Bristol to face a Clifton side who are bang in form. Our hosts have won their last eight, all with try-bonus points, to propel themselves into a position where they are competing for the top-spot with Camborne, just five points in their trail. Whilst that may look a daunting prospect, we have enjoyed the upper hand in our meetings with the ‘lavender and black’ over the past three seasons, having won four of the five meetings to date.

Another game that promises to be a useful watch, is the 2nd XVs, as the lads head over to Alcester in a top of the table clash. This promises to be the toughest fixture that the lads face in their pursuit of promotion, so let’s see what mentality our young group of talented players display in what will be a proper game.

Even if the 1st XV game goes ahead, this week there will be no Livestream, as all home games are off due to the weather conditions.
