Huge blow for Love Island All Stars as show favourite pulls out of bombshell talks after landing new man

0

ONE former Love Island star and fan-favourite from a past series pulled out of bombshell talks for the All Stars spin-off after finding love with a new man.

Megan Barton-Hanson, 30, was in talks to return as a potential bombshell for the new All Stars series but has just started dating someone.

Megan is all loved up, which is why she won’t star in the new series, as per a source[/caption]

This meant that the starlet decided not to take the discussions any further, and in turn, pulled out of talks and dashed any hopes of her making a villa comeback.

A source told The Sun: “Bosses were really keen to sign Megan, as she makes great telly and all the lads would fancy her.

“They had discussions but then Megan unexpectedly met someone and has started dating.

“It’s early days and not super serious, but she wants to give things a go.

“The powers that be are gutted, but they’re hopeful they might be able to persuade her to sign up next time if things don’t work out with her new man.”

Megan Barton-Hanson first appeared on the fourth season of Love Island in 2018.

During her first stint on the show, Meghan was romantically linked to Eyal Booker and Wes Nelson.

She then returned for the Love Island Games in 2023, although her stint was short-lived.

Megan left Love Island Games early due to medical reasons.

MEGAN’S RETURN TO THE VILLA IN 2023

She was noticeably absent from episode nine, and narrator Iain Stirling announced her departure.

Megan has said that she is done with romance reality TV shows in the past.

Since starring on Love Island and making a name for herself, she has become one of the highest-earning creators on OnlyFans.

This comes as Love Island fans gear up for the all-new All Stars series which will start on Monday (January 13).

THIS YEAR’S ALL STAR CAST

Confirmed for series two of All Stars are Curtis Pritchard, 28; Kaz Crossley, 29; Gabby Allen, 32; and Nas Majeed, 28.

Love Island All Stars 2025 official line-up

Love Island All Stars is returning to TV for season 2.

Here we take you through the line-up of Islanders’ who are set to go into the villa so far.

Bombshell rumours

Each series brings with it a string of hot single bombshells making their epic entrance into the villa.

Here’s who is rumoured to be going into the villa so far:

Catherine Agbaje, 24, is also confirmed, as is Olivia Hawkins, 29; Ronnie Vint, 28; Scott Thomas, 36; and Elma Pazar, 32.

India Reynolds, 34, will also be starring in the new series, alongside Luca Bish, 25; and Marcel Somerville, 39.

Yesterday we revealed that there are two elements of the show being axed this year, as well as big twists on the way in week two.

TWISTS AND TURNS AHEAD

Chatting with us ahead of the show’s launch, executive producer Mike Spencer lifted the lid on what’s being axed, and what’s going to be “lit”.

“Remember that little guy, that treehouse?” he asked, “It didn’t work. We didn’t do it last year either,” Mike said, confirming that the treehouse would not be making a comeback this year.

He then spoke about something else they don’t usually do for All Stars – Casa Amor.

“We don’t tend to do Casa Amor for this one,” he said.

“We didn’t last year, because it’s only five weeks,” he added, before revealing something incredibly exciting.

“But we’ve got something really fun,” he teased, “probably week two.”
