Schenectady man pleads guilty to dealing meth
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The U.S. Attorney's Office announced that Patrick Tucker, 28, of Schenectady, pleaded guilty on Wednesday in a drug distribution case. Tucker now faces up to 40 years in prison.
As part of his plea, Tucker admitted to selling more than an ounce and a half of meth across three separate transactions. The sales took place between January and March of 2023.
Tucker faces a minimum of five years in prison, as well as a fine of up to $5 million and a probation term of four years to life. The case, which was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Dustin Segovia.
