Rossford mayor appoints new fire chief; Bingham already has plans for full-time operations

As probably one of the youngest fire chiefs in Ohio, Zachary Bingham says he will use his youth and drive to blaze a trail for the Rossford Fire Department, which is transitioning from part-time to full-time operations.
