'We have seen individuals burglarizing and looting homes': L.A. County Board

 The L.A. County Board of Supervisors Chair Kathryn Barger said at a news conference that officials have witnessed looting and the burglarizing of homes in vulnerable communities during the wildfire crisis and assured that those responsible are being brought to justice.
