CBI arraigns parents as accused in Walayar siblings’ death case

They have been charged with abetting rape and suicide, and not reporting rape incidents to the police. As per the chargesheets, the parents abetted the rape and suicide and deliberately concealed the fact that their daughters had been raped by the persons charged with the offence
