Malaysia aiming to become energy, chip making hub, PM says

Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim highlighted the nation's economy rebound spurred by investments in renewable energy and artificial intelligence infrastructure. Malaysia also aims to have expertise in oil, gas, and Islamic finance. The country seeks to produce its own graphics processing unit (GPU) chips within five to ten years as well.
