Brigade Group to invest about Rs 4,500 cr in Hyderabad to build 10-acre housing project

Brigade Enterprises Ltd will invest around Rs 4,500 crore to develop a 10-acre integrated project in Hyderabad. This project will include luxury homes, office-retail spaces, and a commercial tower with a mall, office space, and an Intercontinental Hotel. The residential section will feature 600 flats. The commercial spaces will be rented to corporates under the 'World Trade Center' brand.
