Capital Infra Trust InvIT aims to raise around Rs 1,578 crore through a public offer. The net proceeds will be used to provide loans to project SPVs for repaying outstanding loans and unsecured loans obtained by the SPVs from the Sponsor. These funds will support the repayment of financial obligations within the projects.
