Brewer Stone & Wood opens bespoke bar at Sydney Airport
Craft beer brand Stone & Wood has opened a branded bar at Sydney Airport’s T3 Qantas Terminal, in collaboration with SSP.
This is Stone & Wood’s first branded bar at a major airport, and it serves core beers, including the renowned Pacific Ale, as well as an array of seasonal offerings.
The bespoke bar area has a laidback, coastal vibe reminiscent of the Northern Rivers and is aimed at passengers looking to taste craft beer before their journey.
“The Stone & Wood bar reflects our dedication to enhancing the traveller experience by offering premium, locally-inspired beverage options,” said SSP chief operating officer SSP Australia & NZ, John Chapman.
“We are thrilled to collaborate with Stone & Wood to create a destination where passengers can relax, enjoy exceptional craft beer, and start their journey in a welcoming and laid-back environment.”
Stone & Wood, headquartered in the Northern Rivers, was founded in 2008 and is well-known for its commitment to traditional brewing processes and environmental practices.
Last year, Stone & Wood upgraded its Murwillumbah site, including adding a public tasting room, after the brewer acquired the Kite Crescent site.
