Questions surround Las Vegas Cybertruck bombing after police release portions of new manifesto

On Tuesday, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department claimed they had discovered another manifesto on the cell phone of highly decorated US Special Forces soldier, Matthew Livelsberger.
