MnDOT wants to give Wall of Forgotten Natives property in Minneapolis to a Dakota owner

As part of the “land back” movement, the state wants to transfer the 1.2-acre strip along Hwy. 55 in Minneapolis that has been the frequent site of homeless encampments.
