Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan buys luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu for Rs 44.5 crore

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his wife have bought a luxury apartment in Juhu locality, Mumbai, for Rs 44.52 crore. The apartment is on the seventh floor of an under-construction tower, D'Decor Twenty. This deal is among the costliest in the area. The transaction was registered on December 3 after paying a stamp duty of Rs 2.67 crore.
