Defendant in Tupac killing asks judge to dismiss murder case

An attorney for Duane “Keffe D” Davis filed a motion Monday asking a Las Vegas judge to dismiss the murder charge accusing him of orchestrating the 1996 fatal shooting of Tupac Shakur.
