SMCP founders, executives hold 10.3% stake in group after preferred shares conversion

Around 100 SMCP “senior executives and managers,” including founders Evelyne and Ilan Chétrite and Judith Milgrom, are now holding a 10.3% stake in the fashion group following a preferred shares conversion.
