Nellore-based farmer’s short film bags three awards

Pandutakulu won the ‘Best Short Film’ award, while Dr. K.K. Ramachandra Murthy and Muni Chandra bagged awards in the ‘Best Dialogue Writer’ and ‘Best Character Artist’ categories respectively
