Bangladesh's International Crimes Tribunal issues second arrest warrant against ex-PM Hasina

Bangladesh's International Criminal Tribunal issued arrest warrants against former prime minister Sheikh Hasina and 11 others for alleged enforced disappearances. Among the accused are former military generals and an ex-police chief. Hasina fled to India after her government was toppled last year. A commission reported over 1,600 complaints of enforced disappearances.
