Zoe Saldana Towers in Black Satin Saint Laurent La Scandale Platforms at Golden Globes 2025
Zoe Saldana attended the 82nd Annual Golden Globes held tonight in Los Angeles. Saldana won the award for “Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture” for her role in the 2024 film “Emilia Pérez.” Before her tearful and heartfelt acceptance speech, the actress had already won with her look on the red carpet.
Going sky high, the “Avatar” star sported a pair of black satin mules hailing from Saint Laurent. Retailing for $1,150 via Net-A-Porter, the La Scandale silhouette included black high-shine satin uppers accompanied by subtle square peep toes and towering platform soles that pay homage to similar silhouettes from the brand’s 1971 archives.
Thin but sturdy leather-trimmed straps wrapped around Saldana’s ankles, secured in place with adjustable gold buckle closures. Lofty 4.5-inch stiletto heels rounded out the set, offering the thespian a substantial boost. Saldana’s La Scandale style can also be shopped via Fwrd, Mytheresa and Farfetch, among others.
Accompanying her platform mules, the “Colombiana” actress wore a custom Saint Laurent ensemble featuring a lengthy black sequin halter-style gown and a voluminous black shawl.
A lover of taking risks with her wardrobe, Saldana’s fashion choices are often chic and sleek. On the red carpet, the “Star Trek” actress favors stiletto-heeled pumps and mules by Louboutin, Piferi and Jimmy Choo, among other luxury labels. When off-duty, she can also be spotted in Maison Margiela loafers, Tamara Mellon boots and Saint Laurent sandals.
