Man critically injured in Little Village shooting

A man was injured in a shooting in Little Village on Sunday night, Chicago police said.

The man, 41, was in an alley near the 4100 block of West 27th Street at 5:35 p.m. when a vehicle pulled up and someone inside fired shots, police said. He was shot in the head and taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.

No one is in custody.
