NYC residents slapped with congestion pricing ‘surcharge’ by fed-up companies paying new toll: ‘Hochul inflation’

Manhattan residents who live in Manhattan south of 60th Street can't escape paying the new congestion toll -- even if they don't drive. Companies making deliveries or providing services are sending out notices that they will add the cost of the congestion toll they pay to customers as a surcharge.
