Ditch assessment appeals ongoing, separate from upcoming hearing, engineer says

Notices have gone out to residents of the Tenmile Creek watershed advising them of the March resumption of the Board of Lucas County Commissioners’ formal hearing regarding ditch improvements in that basin.
